We had an extensive renovation done to our condo recently. We contracted with CPI Interiors and more specifically with Marina Pavlova. She was just a joy to work with. Marina met with us to find out what we wanted done, what our likes and dislikes were, our expectations and what our vision for the finished project was. The finished renovation exceeded our expectations – it’s absolutely gorgeous, in large part to Marina’s help in sourcing the right furniture, paintings, and accessories. In any large renovations, there are always a few hiccups along the way. Marina’s calm manner, professionalism at all times, and humour made it all go very smoothly.

We would highly recommend Marina and CPI for any of your design work. It is a one-stop “shopping”. Marina would come and present us with several options, whether paint, paintings or furniture, and we would choose the final item. You won’t go wrong with Marina and CPI.

Marina was a real pleasure to work with. We contacted her after we had purchased a new sofa that just didn’t work with our other furniture items the way we thought it would when we ordered it. We contacted Marina to for her assistance to basically “fix” the room and make it work. Marina came to our home to see the room and immediately set to work. I was very impressed with her professionalism and “can do” attitude. I was worried that she would want to replace everything.. but Marina said she could easily work with what we had and would just make some tweaks and additions which was greatly appreciated. She was very professional and asked us numerous questions and we were most pleased that she was respectful of our wishes and concerns.

Marina returned to us with a proposed design very quickly. We were blown away with her attention to details and how she was able to introduce different elements in the room and make it look so very interesting. Basically she turned a boring room into something unusual. Your eye is no longer drawn to just the sofa but to the variety of things around the room. The end result is quite interesting and we couldn’t be more pleased.

The whole experience was wonderful. There was no pressure to purchase more than our budget would allow and Marina gave us more than what we asked for and on budget. We loved the fact that Marina chose the items for the room and brought a proposal to us as opposed to going around from store to store with her searching for items. And the best thing was that Marina returned to our home on delivery day with helpers who hung the large pictures for us. It was full service at no extra charge and we just loved that. It made the experience that much more hassle free and we were very grateful. We will definitely use Marina’s services again and highly recommend her. Her use of colour and design is fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with our new room!
